How to Register
Follow the links below!! These links will take you to the Play HQ registration site. If you are a new participant please sign up first by selecting the menu bar on the top right hand side and select sign up. After signing up you can proceed to register your child.
*Juniors wanting to play in Seniors competition are required to email Club Registrar before registering. The Play HQ system operates in competitions (NSG, Juniors and Seniors) not age groups. All participants must register into the competition they are intending on playing within.
Winter NetSetGo Link (Ages 6-9 years) – registration closed
Please note that we are putting together another under 8’s team at present. Is your child is turning 6,7 or 8 please contact phnc.registrar@gmail.com as soon as possible. We would like to invite potential registrations in this age group to our ‘Come and Try’ event on Grading day (Sunday 25th Feb at 8am).
Winter Junior Link (Ages 10-15 years) – registration closed

* Registered PHNC Junior players registering in the PHNC Senior competition will only pay $125. A discounted PHNC fee $30 plus the HDNA fee $95. Please contact the Club Registrar before registering to obtain a discount voucher to use when paying club fees on Play HQ.
Active Kids Vouchers for 2023
Register early and use your 2023 Active Kids Voucher! Participants 18 years and under may still have an unused $50 Active Kids Voucher from the second half of 2023. This voucher can be used by Jan 31st 2024. The Active Kids Vouchers for 2024 will be means tested from 1st Feb 2024.
Grading Day – Save the Date!
Grading day will be held Sunday 25th February 2024 at Pennant Hills Park.
Juniors (10-15yrs) will be graded by independent graders whilst NetSetGo participants will be able to have a fun skills session with their friends.
Juniors and NetSetGo participants’ attendance is compulsory so we can assess all our teams. If a player is unable to attend pre-season grading an email must be forwarded to the Grading Committee c/- The Secretary prior to this day ( pennanthillsnetballclub@gmail.com), and the player will be placed according to paper grading and the player’s prior experience.
Seniors are welcome to attend later in the morning to have a training session with their teams. Please contact the Senior Registrar if your team would like to attend (phnc.seniorcadet@gmail.com).

NEW Participants for 2024 Winter Season
Please bring along your child’s proof of age document (original passport or original Birth Certificate) to grading day as the registrar needs to sight your child’s date of birth as per NNSW policy.

NEW UNIFORM FITTINGS: 3rd February 2024 from 9:30am to 11:30am
Hills District Netball Courts, Britannia Street Pennant Hills.
Indoor Court, enter from the side door on the upper level.
Try on the dresses and singlets available before you order online. This will ensure you get the correct fit as sizes may vary.
Dresses and singlets are also available to try on at Grading Day.
WINTER COMPETITION 2024:
Participants are encouraged to plan holidays around their winter netball commitments where possible. Coaches need to be advised of any absences so the team can always have a team of 8 players and enjoy their playing experience.
Season start date for round games : Friday 3rd May and Saturday 4th May 2024 (Round 1)
Season end date for round games: Friday 23rd August (NSG) and Saturday 24th August 2024 (conclusion of Round 14).
Final Series (Saturday competition only): Commencing on Saturday 31st August (Semi Finals), Saturday 7th September (Preliminary Finals) and Grand Finals on Saturday 14th September.
