All registrations for the Winter Comp must be completed and paid for online at PLAY HQ. Please read the terms and conditions before registering.
Senior Registration Fees (Total)
Seniors $304.00 (18 – 99 years)
Cadets $281.00 (14 – 17 years).
If you are under 18 years of age the Play HQ system will recognise your age and the NNSW fee is still charged as a junior fee even though you are registering as a senior.
Costs can be viewed on Play HQ for Netball Australia, NNSW, HDNA (Association fee) and PHNC.

Senior registration is a two step process due to Seniors forming their own teams.
Step One:
Registering into the senior competition.
- Need a team to play in?
Please email the Senior Registrar at phnc.seniorcadet@gmail.com providing your last two years playing history and preferred positions.The Senior Registrar will contact you before you register and will assist you to locate a team by contacting our senior managers. The Senior Registrar will advise you of the outcome.
- Apply for the Active Kids Voucher from Service NSW: When registering school age children (up to 18yrs), the Active Kids Rebate will be available to apply against your PHNC registration. Please claim your voucher before commencing registration. The voucher must be applied at the check out before paying the registration fee.

*Pennant Hills Club will only allow junior players from 14 years to 19 years to qualify as a cadet within the Senior Registration Section.
*Junior Players in the Senior competition:
A junior player playing for our club (14yrs+) is now permitted to register within two teams for the Winter Competition. One team must be in the Junior Competition and the other in the Senior Competition (either Cadet or Senior grade team). Registration into two competitions will incur an additional HDNA fee and PHNC fee as per the Senior pricing (Club discounts offered if playing in two Pennant Hills Teams).

Step 2:
Senior Team Registration Form:
Cadets and Seniors must register as a team. In addition to completing the individual online registration, the team representative (MANAGER) should complete the Senior Team Registration Form (minimum 7 players) and email this to the senior registrar at phnc.seniorcadet@gmail.com by 1st MARCH 2024.
