De-registration from a competition:
If you decide to de-register before the competition begins, you must notify the club registrar by 28 April 2026 to be eligible for full refunds from NNSW (minus PlayHQ transaction fees). Club and association fees are determined at the discretion of their respective executive committees and may include administrative charges.
If you need to de-register after 28 April 2026 and have not taken the court for training or games (due to illness or injury) please contact the club registrar early in the season at phnc.registrar@gmail.com to discuss your situation.
Play HQ Service Fee introduced in January 2024:
PlayHQ is committed to continually improving the platform to ensure it provides the best experience for stakeholders across our sport. In line with this commitment, effective from 1 January 2024, PlayHQ introduced a 1.49% service fee on all transactions involving participants. The collection of this fee has enabled PlayHQ to continue developing features that simplify administrator roles and enhance the participant experience.
