We are pleased to announce Registration for the Winter Competition 2026 is NOW OPEN!
Registration is open from 4th December 2025 until February 12th, 2026.
We strongly encourage all participants to register in December or January. Registration closing date is only a guide and early registration assists the Club to plan teams for the 2026 Winter netball season.

Follow the links below!! These links will take you to the Play HQ registration site. If you are a new participant, please sign up first by selecting the menu bar on the top right-hand side and select sign up. After signing up you can proceed to register your child.

Please register your child to the correct competition (the age they are turning in 2026 by the 31st of December 2026).
The Play HQ system operates in competitions (NSG, Juniors and Seniors) not age groups. All participants must register into the competition they are intending on playing within.

*Juniors wanting to play in Cadet/Seniors competition are required to email the Club Registrar before registering.

NetSetGo: $286.00
Juniors: $302.00
Seniors: $327.00 *
* Registered PHNC Junior players registering in the PHNC Cadet/Senior competition will only pay $138. A discounted PHNC fee of $33 plus the HDNA fee $105. Please contact the Club Registrar at PHNC Registrar before registering to obtain a discount voucher to use when paying club fees on Play HQ.
Participants can pay using a variety of methods on Play HQ:
Active Kids Vouchers for 2026
Participants 18 years and under can apply for Active Kids Vouchers before commencing the registration process. Eligible participants should apply this voucher at the payment section to redeem the voucher.

New Participants for 2026 Winter Season:
Please bring along your child’s proof of age document (original passport or original Birth Certificate) to Grading Day as the Club Registrar needs to sight your child’s date of birth as per NNSW policy. This is a requirement for participants up to the age of 19 years.
ORDER NEW UNIFORMS:
The uniform supplier VALOUR is open for online orders. Please go to the Club uniform page for the VALOUR website link and all the PHNC uniform requirements.
Older Uniform (prior to 2024): Uniforms purchased in prior seasons, please go to the uniform page on the PHNC website for further information on how to alter them for velcro patches.
WINTER COMPETITION 2026:
Important Dates for the Diary.
Participants are encouraged to plan holidays around their winter netball commitments where possible. Coaches need to be advised of any absences so the team can always have a team of 8 players and enjoy their playing experience.
Season start date for round games: Friday 1st May and Saturday 2nd May 2026 (Round 1)
Season end date for round games: Friday 21st August (NSG) and Saturday 22nd August 2026 (conclusion of Round 14).
Final Series (Saturday competition only): Commencing on Saturday 29th August (Semi Finals), Saturday 5th September (Preliminary Finals) and Grand Finals on Saturday 12th September.
No Games:

Friday 3rd July & Saturday 4th July
Friday 10th July & Saturday 11th July
GRADING DAY – SAVE THE DATE:
Grading day will be held Sunday 22nd February 2026 at Pennant Hills Park.
Juniors (10-15yrs) will be graded by independent graders whilst NetSetGo participants will be able to have a fun skills session with their friends.
Juniors and NetSetGo participants’ attendance is compulsory so we can assess all our teams. Players must attend their correct age group, the age they are turning by the 31st of December 2026. (Regardless of what team they played in 2025), e.g. if you turn 13 on the 28th of February, you are trialing with the 13-year-old age group. If a player is unable to attend pre-season grading, an email must be forwarded to the Grading Committee c/- The Secretary two weeks prior to this day pennanthillsnetballclub@gmail.com. A player who cannot attend Club Grading Day will be placed in a team according to paper grading and the player’s prior experience.
Detailed times will be sent out one week before grading day via email and placed on the club website.
